01The service and its operator
FolioShore is operated by datouguai. Contact datouguai666@gmail.com about the service, billing or these terms.
FolioShore is being prepared for launch. You can currently explore our product information and fictional sample publications. Public account registration and paid subscriptions are not yet open. The account and subscription terms below describe the service that will apply when those features become available; browsing this preview does not create a paid subscription.
The service is for publishing finished PDFs in a hosted library, with browser reading, original-file downloads and publication embeds. It does not redesign your PDF or provide a private document vault. You must have legal capacity to enter into an agreement and authority to act for any organization you represent.
02Your publications and permissions
You retain ownership of your content. You give FolioShore permission to store, copy, process, display and deliver it as needed to operate the service, generate covers, provide downloads and maintain backups.
Successfully uploaded PDFs are published immediately, with their publication details publicly accessible while your library is active. This includes titles, descriptions, issue dates and original filenames. Readers do not need an account and may download or share files. Upload only material you own or have permission to publish. Do not upload confidential records, unnecessary personal information, unlawful material, infringing content or malicious files.
You are responsible for the rights and permissions needed for the people and content in your PDFs. Do not use the service to impersonate others, bypass limits or disrupt other users. Send content complaints to datouguai666@gmail.com with the publication link and a description of the concern.
03Plan limits and trial
The annual plan includes 1 editor, 1 publication library, and up to 100 publications or 2 GB of original PDFs, whichever limit is reached first. Each PDF must be unencrypted and no larger than 20 MiB and no longer than 100 pages.
The 14-day trial starts at your first verified sign-in and permits up to 3 successful new publications. Deleting a publication does not restore that trial allowance. No payment card is required for the trial, and it does not automatically become a paid subscription.
Replacing a PDF keeps the publication link, but the service does not provide an archive of earlier file versions. Keep your own original files.
04Annual billing and cancellation
The adopted price is US$49 per year, billed annually. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. The checkout must show the amount and billing period before you pay. See the pricing page for the full offer.
When paid subscriptions open, payments will be processed by Creem as merchant of record. A subscription renews yearly unless canceled before its next renewal. Use the billing controls when available, or contact datouguai666@gmail.com for help canceling renewal. Turning off renewal normally keeps access until the end of the paid period; it does not itself refund an earlier payment.
We will communicate price changes before they apply to a future renewal. The price of an already-paid period will not be changed retroactively.
05Refund requests
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first confirmed purchase. Contact datouguai666@gmail.com from your account email and include the order reference, or use the account refund-request control when available. Do not send payment-card details.
Renewals do not restart the first-purchase refund window. We review renewal issues, duplicate charges and service-delivery problems individually. This policy does not limit any mandatory cancellation or refund rights under applicable law.
Submitting a request records it for handling; it is not an instant transfer of money. Approved refunds are processed through Creem. A confirmed full refund removes the access funded by that payment; export any files you need before access ends. Any other valid paid period is assessed separately.
06When publishing ends
When trial or paid access ends, public reading and editing stop. In the normal end-of-service flow, you have 30 days to sign in and retrieve the latest original PDFs and their metadata as a ZIP. The account shows your retrieval deadline.
After that window, publication content is scheduled for deletion. Backup content is scheduled for removal by 60 days after service ends. Cleanup failures may require retries, and these content deadlines do not mean all account or payment records are erased. See the privacy retention section.
You can delete individual publications while editing is available. Deletion prevents new access links, but an already-issued link can remain valid briefly, and copies already downloaded by readers cannot be recalled. For account closure or deletion assistance, contact datouguai666@gmail.com.
07Availability, changes and concerns
We may interrupt access for maintenance or to investigate security incidents, unlawful use or payment disputes. We aim to give notice where practical. The service is not an archival guarantee and should not be your only copy of important files.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Contact us first if a feature does not work as described so we can investigate and explain available remedies.
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated through the website or account email before taking effect where required. The date above identifies the current version.
